Devotional
Spiritual conversations in sales rarely start with, “Please share the gospel with me.” They often begin with a comment about stress, a question about your peace, or a remark about your values. These moments are spiritual openings—small windows where hearts are more receptive.
Being prepared means:
Staying close to Christ so your hope is fresh.
Having a simple way to share what Jesus means to you.
Listening carefully so you don’t force a conversation but follow their interest.
Responding with gentleness and respect, not pressure.
You don’t need to turn every meeting into a sermon. But when the Spirit nudges and someone asks about your hope, be ready to speak of Him naturally and sincerely.
Your role is to be faithful; God’s role is to change hearts.

How would I explain, in a few sentences, why I follow Jesus?
What would it look like to stay spiritually “ready” at work?
Prayer
Lord, keep my heart close to You so my hope is evident. Help me notice spiritual openings and respond with courage, gentleness, and respect. Use my words to point others to You. Amen.
