Scripture
“The integrity of the upright guides them…” — Proverbs 11:3
Devotional
Character is not built in moments of visibility—it is revealed through consistency.
Who you are when no one is watching matters just as much as who you are in front of clients, colleagues, or leadership. In fact, it’s often the unseen decisions that define the strength of your integrity.
In your work, there are countless opportunities to either uphold or compromise your character:
Cutting corners when no one would notice.
Shading the truth to simplify a conversation.
Choosing convenience over excellence.
These decisions may seem small, but they shape who you are becoming.
Integrity is not about perfection—it’s about consistency.
It’s choosing truth, even when it’s inconvenient.
It’s doing the right thing, even when it costs you.
It’s aligning your actions with your beliefs, day after day.
As someone called to reflect Christ in your work, your character is your witness.
Clients may not remember every detail of your advice—but they will remember whether they trusted you. And trust is built on consistency.
When your character is steady, your influence grows.
Not because of what you say—but because of how you live.
