Scripture: “Whoever is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much.” — Luke 16:10 (ESV)
Devotional
Trust is built over time—and faithfulness is its foundation.
In healthcare, trust is essential. Patients trust you with their care. Coworkers trust you to do your part. Leaders trust you with responsibility.
This trust is not built through one moment—it is built through consistent faithfulness.
Showing up prepared. Following through. Doing what you say you will do. These small acts create a foundation of reliability.
God values this kind of faithfulness.
When you are consistent in your work, you reflect His character. You demonstrate integrity, dependability, and commitment.
Faithfulness may not always be recognized immediately, but it always matters.
Over time, it builds trust—and trust creates influence.
Be faithful in what is in front of you today.
Reflection Questions:
• How consistent are you in your daily responsibilities?
• What areas require greater faithfulness?
Action Step: Identify one responsibility today and ensure you follow through on it completely and reliably.
Prayer
Lord, help me to be faithful in all I do. Build consistency in my work so I can serve others well. Amen.
