Scripture
“Well done, good and faithful servant…” — Matthew 25:23
Devotional
It’s natural to desire recognition—acknowledgment for your hard work, achievements, and contributions. But in God’s Kingdom, success is measured differently.
He values faithfulness over recognition.
You may not always receive credit for what you do. Others may be promoted, praised, or noticed while your efforts go unseen. But God sees everything.
Your faithfulness matters to Him. Every act of integrity, every moment of service, every decision to do what is right—it all counts.
When your focus shifts from seeking recognition to being faithful, your motivation changes. You begin to work for an audience of One.
And His approval is the only one that truly lasts.
Stay faithful, even when it feels unnoticed. Your reward is not just in this life—it is eternal.
