Scripture
“Be kind to one another…” — Ephesians 4:32 (ESV)
Devotional
Kindness is a universal language. It calms anxious clients, builds trust with agents, eases conflict, and softens tense negotiations. In an industry known for stress, speed, and pressure, kindness stands out as a refreshing and Christlike trait.
Kindness is not weakness—it is strength under the Spirit’s influence. It looks like patience during delays, gentleness in difficult conversations, generosity with your time, and grace toward those who are overwhelmed or unprepared.
Even small acts of kindness—a warm greeting, a thoughtful question, a reassuring tone—carry immense weight. Your kindness may be the only encouragement someone receives today. God often uses simple kindness to open hearts, create opportunities for deeper conversations, and plant seeds of the gospel.
Clients may not remember your stats, but they will remember your kindness.
Reflection Questions
• Who needs kindness from me today?
• Do I see kindness as optional or essential?
• Where can I be intentional with kindness this week?
Prayer
Lord, fill my words and actions with kindness. Help me reflect Your love in every interaction, especially when stress is high. Amen.
