Devotional
One hundred days into this journey, a foundation is being formed. Through daily choices—faithfulness, integrity, courage, and trust—you are building something that will sustain you when pressure comes.
Jesus teaches that a strong foundation is not revealed in calm conditions, but in storms. Pressure, uncertainty, and difficulty test what lies beneath the surface. When your work is grounded in God’s truth, your foundation holds.
In accounting, storms may come in the form of intense deadlines, ethical challenges, or complex decisions. In those moments, your preparation matters. The habits you’ve built, the values you’ve reinforced, and the trust you’ve developed in God all come into play.
A strong foundation is built over time. It is the result of consistent obedience, not occasional effort.
As you continue forward, remember that your goal is not just to perform well—it is to build well. To anchor your work in something unshakable.
Today, reflect on what you are building—and commit to continuing that foundation.
