Anchored in Truth, Not Trends [Financial Advisor #56]

Scripture: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” — Hebrews 13:8

Devotional

The financial world is constantly shifting—new trends, evolving strategies, changing sentiments. What worked yesterday may not work today. But in the midst of constant change, one truth remains: Christ does not change.

As a financial advisor, you are surrounded by opinions, predictions, and market narratives. While these have their place, they are not your foundation. Your ultimate anchor is not found in trends, but in truth.

When your identity and confidence are rooted in Christ, you are not easily shaken. You can navigate uncertainty with steadiness. You can advise with clarity, even when the future feels unclear.

Clients are often influenced by the latest headlines or emotional reactions. You have the opportunity to bring stability—not just through sound reasoning, but through a deeper sense of groundedness.

When everything else moves, stand firm in what does not.

Reflection Questions:

  1. How do external trends or news impact your mindset or decision-making?

  2. What helps you stay grounded when uncertainty increases?

  3. How can you model stability and confidence to your clients?

Prayer

Jesus, thank You for being unchanging. Anchor my heart in Your truth so I can stand firm, regardless of what shifts around me.
