Scripture: “One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much.” — Luke 16:10 (ESV)
Devotional
Healthcare is filled with small moments—routine tasks, brief interactions, unnoticed efforts. It’s easy to focus on the big moments while overlooking the significance of the small ones.
But in God’s Kingdom, small moments matter deeply.
Faithfulness is not measured only in major decisions or dramatic outcomes. It is measured in consistency—in how you show up, how you treat people, and how you handle the details.
Every small act of care, every accurate entry, every kind word contributes to something greater.
God sees what others overlook. He values the quiet faithfulness that happens day after day.
When you are faithful in small things, you build a foundation of trust, excellence, and integrity.
Don’t underestimate the impact of your daily work. The small moments are where character is formed and where God is honored.
Reflection Questions:
• Do you tend to overlook the importance of small tasks?
• How can you approach small moments with greater intentionality?
Action Step: Choose one small task today and complete it with full attention and intentional care.
Prayer
Lord, help me to be faithful in the small things. Remind me that every moment matters in Your eyes. Amen.
