Trust is the invisible glue of any team. When trust is high, people share ideas, admit mistakes, and collaborate freely. When trust is low, people hide, self-protect, and compete. As a believer, you are called to be the kind of person who builds trust by acting faithfully.
Faithfulness looks like telling the truth, following through on commitments, showing up prepared, giving credit where it’s due, and admitting when you don’t know something. Over time, these seemingly small choices add up: people learn they can rely on your word and your work.
You can’t control everyone’s behavior, but you can control your own. As you practice honesty and reliability, your presence becomes a stabilizing influence. God delights in those who act faithfully, and He can use your integrity to strengthen the entire team.

How trustworthy would your coworkers say you are—with truth, deadlines, and follow-through?
Are there any habits—overpromising, under-communicating, spinning facts—that undermine trust?
What is one specific way you can strengthen trust on your team this week?

Lord, make me a trustworthy person at work. Help me act faithfully in all things—speaking truth, honoring commitments, and owning my mistakes. Use my integrity to build trust and showcase Your character. Amen.
