Scripture
“A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches.” — Proverbs 22:1 (ESV)
Devotional
Trust is not built in a single moment—it is built over time.
In banking, relationships develop through consistent actions. Every interaction, every decision, every follow-through contributes to how others perceive you.
A good reputation is formed through integrity, reliability, and care. It is strengthened when you do what you say you will do, when you act in the best interest of others, and when you remain consistent in your character.
Trust cannot be rushed. It must be earned through faithfulness over time.
But once established, it becomes one of your greatest assets. People will seek your guidance, rely on your counsel, and value your input—not just because of your expertise, but because of your character.
Your reputation is more valuable than any transaction or short-term gain.
Today, invest in trust—not just through what you say, but through what you consistently do.
