Called to Carry Hope [Residential Broker #27]

Scripture: “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing.” — Romans 15:13 (ESV)

Devotional

Real estate is emotional—buyers fear making mistakes, sellers worry about timing, families feel the weight of transition. You walk with people at defining crossroads in their lives, and often they carry burdens you cannot see. But God calls you to be a carrier of hope.

Hope doesn’t mean promising perfect outcomes; it means pointing people to peace in uncertainty. It means offering steady reassurance grounded not in your own ability, but in God’s character. It means speaking words that calm instead of inflame, comfort instead of pressure, encourage instead of overwhelm.

When you show hope, you show Christ. Your gentle presence in chaotic moments can open hearts. Your encouragement can shift atmospheres. Hope is contagious—and people in transition desperately need it.

Let your presence today be a reminder that God is at work, even when situations feel stressful or unclear.

Reflection Questions:

·       Who in my client list needs hope today?

·       How can I speak peace into a stressful situation?

·       Do I bring calm or pressure into my interactions?

Prayer

God of hope, fill me with joy and peace so I can overflow with encouragement to others. Let my presence bring hope to the people I serve today. Amen.
