Devotional
Markets shift. Interest rates move. Tenant demand changes. Your role may evolve from primarily leasing to investment sales, from tenant representation to landlord representation, or from broker to advisor or developer. Through all of it, your deeper calling remains constant: to honor Christ in the marketplace.
Your assignment may change, but your purpose does not. God can use you in boom times and in downturns, in expansion and in contraction. Each season brings unique opportunities—to learn, to trust, to influence, to serve different types of clients.
Walking in calling means being flexible with your role and steadfast in your mission. Ask not only, “What is happening in the market?” but also, “What is God inviting me to in this season?”
Reflection Questions:
· What season of work am I in right now—growth, transition, waiting, rebuilding?
· How might God want to use this specific season for my growth and for His purposes?
Prayer
Father, help me recognize the season I’m in and respond with faith. Use every change and shift to deepen my trust in You and expand my Kingdom impact. Amen.
