Choosing Faith Over Fear [Sales Professional #177]
Listen to today's devotional:
Scripture
“Do not fear, for I am with you.” — Isaiah 41:10 (ESV)
Devotional
Fear whispers constantly in sales—fear of missing quota, fear of rejection, fear of conflict, fear of losing clients, fear of failure. Fear drains energy and clouds judgment.
God confronts fear not by saying, “Try harder” but by saying, “I am with you.” His presence is the antidote.
Choosing faith over fear looks like:
Acting on what’s right, even when afraid
Making decisions rooted in faith, not panic
Trusting God with outcomes you cannot control
Speaking truth instead of catastrophizing
Remembering who walks beside you
Fear may knock, but faith decides who opens the door. And when you remember the Lord is with you, fear loses its grip.
Reflection Questions
What fears dominate my emotions or decisions at work?
How does God’s presence speak into those fears?
What step of faith can I take today?
Prayer
Father, replace my fear with faith. Remind me that You are with me in every moment. Strengthen my heart to choose trust over anxiety. Amen.
