Scripture: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9 (ESV)
Devotional
Healthcare often presents ethical challenges. Decisions are not always clear-cut. Pressure can come from systems, expectations, or urgency.
In those moments, courage is required.
Courage is not the absence of fear—it is choosing to do what is right despite it. It means standing firm in your values, even when it is uncomfortable or costly.
As a follower of Christ, your standard is not convenience—it is truth.
God does not leave you alone in these decisions. He provides wisdom, guidance, and strength. When you seek Him, He equips you to respond with clarity and integrity.
Your choices matter—not just professionally, but spiritually.
Walking in integrity may not always be easy, but it honors God and builds a foundation of trust.
Stand firm. God is with you.
Reflection Questions:
• Are there areas where you feel pressured to compromise?
• What would it look like to choose courage in those situations?
Action Step: If faced with a difficult decision today, pause and seek God’s wisdom before responding.
Prayer
Father, give me courage to do what is right. Help me to stand firm in truth and trust You in every decision. Amen.
