It is possible to become highly skilled in your work while slowly becoming spiritually self-reliant.
Experience, knowledge, and success can subtly create the illusion that you no longer need daily dependence on God. But Jesus reminds us clearly: apart from Him, we can do nothing of eternal value.
Dependence on God is not weakness—it is wisdom.
Every day brings decisions, conversations, pressures, and responsibilities that require more than human ability. You need God’s guidance, patience, discernment, and peace continually.
Daily dependence keeps your heart aligned with Him. It reminds you that your true source of wisdom and strength is not your experience, but His presence.
This posture also creates humility. It keeps you teachable, prayerful, and spiritually aware.
Today, do not rely solely on your own ability. Depend on God in every part of your work.

Begin one task today with a simple prayer asking for God’s guidance and strength.
