Scripture: “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.” — Ecclesiastes 9:10 (ESV)
Devotional
Real estate involves hundreds of details—emails, contracts, forms, disclosures, scheduling, follow-up, documentation, timelines, and tasks. Excellence is often seen not in dramatic moments, but in the quiet faithfulness of managing details well.
Excellence honors God. It shows that you care. It gives your clients confidence. It prevents misunderstandings and protects transactions.
When you review contracts carefully, double-check disclosures, prepare thoroughly for appointments, and stay organized, you reflect the diligence God calls His people to embody. Excellence is not perfection—it is faithful stewardship of the responsibilities God has placed in your hands.
Even small details can become sacred offerings when done with intention and integrity.
Reflection Questions:
· Which areas of my work need more attention to detail?
· Is there anything I tend to rush or overlook?
· How can I incorporate prayer into the details of my day?
Prayer
Lord, strengthen my diligence. Help me approach the details of my work with excellence and care. Let every task reflect Your glory and faithfulness. Amen.
