Excellence That Endures [Residential Broker #170]
Scripture
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might. Ecclesiastes 9:10.
Devotional
Enduring excellence is not a burst of effort—it is a long obedience in the same direction. It is showing up day after day, year after year, with faithfulness, diligence, and passion. It is giving your best consistently, not occasionally.
Temporary excellence impresses people; enduring excellence transforms them.
Enduring excellence requires:
discipline,
intentional habits,
continual learning,
reliance on the Holy Spirit,
and a deep sense of calling.
Your work matters to God. When you give it your best, you honor Him, serve clients well, and build a legacy of faithfulness.
Let the excellence you pursue today be the kind that lasts—not for your glory, but for His.
