Scripture
God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7.
Devotional
Fear can show up in many ways in healthcare—fear of making mistakes, fear of difficult outcomes, fear of confrontation, or fear of uncertainty.
Left unchecked, fear can influence your decisions, limit your confidence, and create hesitation in critical moments.
But God has not given you a spirit of fear.
He has given you power, love, and self-control.
Faith allows you to move forward even when fear is present. It does not eliminate fear completely, but it places it in proper perspective.
You are not alone in your work. God is with you, equipping you and guiding you.
When you focus on His presence rather than your fear, your confidence shifts.
You can act with clarity. You can respond with courage. You can move forward with trust.
Let faith guide you—not fear.
