Faith Over Fear in New Opportunities [Residential Broker #14]

Scripture: “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 (ESV)

Devotional

Real estate offers endless opportunities—new clients, new listings, new markets, new strategies. But with every opportunity comes a choice: fear or faith. Fear tells you that you’re not ready, not gifted enough, not equipped enough. Faith reminds you that God is with you, empowering you for what He has called you to do.

Fear shrinks your world. Faith expands it.

Some opportunities will feel bigger than your comfort zone—and that’s the point. God does not give assignments based on your confidence; He gives them based on His purpose. When a new opportunity arises, resist the urge to make decisions out of anxiety. Ask God whether He is opening a door—and if He is, walk through it boldly.

You don’t succeed because you’re fearless. You succeed because your God is faithful.

Reflection Questions:

·       What opportunity have I been afraid to pursue?

·       How does fear show up in my business decisions?

·       What would a faith-filled response look like today?

Prayer

Father, replace my fear with faith. Give me courage to pursue the opportunities You place in front of me. Help me trust Your strength more than my limitations. Amen.
