More than ever, many people work remotely or in roles where most of what they do is unseen. There’s no supervisor walking by, no coworkers watching your effort, and sometimes little immediate feedback. In those conditions, it can be tempting to slack off or feel invisible.
Jesus reminds you that your Father “sees in secret.” Hidden work is not hidden from Him. Faithfulness at home, on the road, or behind the scenes is just as spiritually significant as visible work in public spaces. In some ways, it tests your heart even more deeply: Who am I when no one is looking?
Remote or unseen work becomes worship when you remember that God is your audience. You log in, show up, and follow through not primarily because of policies, but because you love Him. He notices every unseen act of diligence and will reward what others never observe.

What does it mean to you that God sees your “secret” efforts?
How can you renew your sense of working for Him in hidden places?
Prayer
Father, thank You that nothing I do for You is truly unseen. Help me be faithful in hidden work, remote work, or behind-the-scenes tasks. Let my integrity be strong when only You are watching. Amen.
