Faithfulness Creates Long-Term Impact [Banker #115]
Scripture
“Do not despise these small beginnings…” — Zechariah 4:10
Devotional
Most meaningful influence happens gradually.
Day after day, conversation after conversation, decision after decision—you are building a legacy through consistent faithfulness. Yet because impact often develops slowly, it can be easy to underestimate the significance of ordinary obedience.
Small acts of integrity matter. Quiet moments of encouragement matter. Daily consistency matters.
God often works through long-term faithfulness rather than dramatic moments. The steady example you set over time may influence coworkers, strengthen clients, encourage younger professionals, and point others toward Christ in ways you may never fully see.
Do not become discouraged if your work feels ordinary or unnoticed. Seeds planted faithfully over time produce lasting fruit.
Your role is not to control outcomes or measure visible impact every day. Your role is to remain faithful where God has placed you.
Today, continue faithfully in the work before you, trusting God to use your consistency for His greater purposes.
