Leadership in the legal profession is often associated with authority, responsibility, and influence. But Scripture defines leadership differently—it is rooted in service.
Faithful leadership is not about position—it is about impact.
As a leader, you set the tone for those around you. Your decisions, your communication, and your example shape the culture of your team or organization.
Serving as a leader means prioritizing others’ growth, providing guidance, and creating an environment of trust. It means listening, supporting, and holding others accountable with fairness and clarity.
Jesus modeled leadership through service. He led by example, not by authority alone. And He calls you to do the same.
Your leadership is an opportunity to reflect His character in how you influence others.
