Scripture
“Let us not grow weary of doing good…” — Galatians 6:9
Devotional
Faithfulness is often less about dramatic moments and more about daily consistency.
In banking, responsibilities rarely disappear. There are always more meetings, more decisions, more conversations, and more pressures. Over time, the repetition can become exhausting.
It is easy to grow weary.
But God calls you to remain faithful—not only in moments of inspiration, but in ordinary perseverance. Faithfulness means continuing to do what is right even when the work feels repetitive or unseen.
The daily discipline of integrity, excellence, patience, and wisdom matters deeply to God. Every faithful decision contributes to the kind of person you are becoming.
And while others may only see the external work, God sees the perseverance behind it.
Do not underestimate the impact of steady faithfulness over time. Consistency builds trust, shapes character, and creates lasting influence.
Today, continue faithfully in the work God has entrusted to you.
