This responsibility can feel heavy at times.
But Scripture reframes your role—you are a steward.
A steward is entrusted with something valuable and is responsible for managing it faithfully. Your knowledge, your position, your influence, and your opportunities are all entrusted to you by God.
Faithfulness in responsibility means showing up consistently. It means doing your work diligently, making decisions carefully, and honoring the trust placed in you.
It also means recognizing that you are accountable—not just to clients or employers, but to God.
This perspective shifts your focus. You are not just managing tasks—you are stewarding what God has given you.
Faithfulness becomes the measure of success.
