Scripture: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23
Devotional
Work can sometimes feel repetitive, demanding, or unnoticed. Yet Scripture calls you to approach every task as work done for the Lord. This perspective transforms even routine responsibilities into meaningful acts of worship.
Joy in work does not come from constant excitement or recognition. It comes from purpose. When you remember that your work is part of God’s design—that it reflects stewardship, service, and faithfulness—your perspective shifts.
Faithful work is never wasted. Every task completed with diligence contributes to something greater than immediate results. It shapes your character, influences others, and honors God.
Even in seasons where motivation feels low, joy can be found in knowing that your work matters to Him.
Today, choose to work with a heart aligned toward God, trusting that your efforts carry eternal significance.
