Finding Peace in God’s Presence [Attorney #110]

Finding Peace in God’s Presence [Attorney #110]

Scripture

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you.” — Isaiah 26:3

Devotional

Peace can feel elusive in the legal profession. Deadlines, pressure, and constant demands can create a sense of urgency that is difficult to escape.

But Scripture offers a different path to peace—not through circumstances, but through focus.

Peace comes when your mind is fixed on God.

This does not mean your workload disappears. It means your perspective changes. Instead of being consumed by stress, you are anchored in His presence.

When your thoughts are centered on God—His faithfulness, His sovereignty, His promises—you gain stability. You are less shaken by external pressures because your foundation is secure.

Peace is not the absence of difficulty—it is the presence of God in the middle of it.

You can experience calm even in demanding situations when your focus remains on Him.
