Time mismanagement doesn’t just affect productivity—it affects integrity. When you overbook, rush, or run late, people begin to question your reliability. When you commit to more than you can handle, you unintentionally compromise your quality, communication, or consistency.

Scripture calls you to walk carefully and steward your time wisely. This means planning with intention, setting realistic expectations, and honoring commitments. A Christian broker manages time in a way that reflects trustworthiness and order—not chaos or constant “catching up.”

Time integrity also means prioritizing what matters:

• time with God,

• time with family,

• time for rest,

• time for excellence in your work.

When your schedule is surrendered to Christ, your days become peaceful, predictable, and purposeful. And others notice the difference.

Time integrity isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what honors God.

·       What habit is draining my time integrity?

·       What boundary or discipline do I need to strengthen?

Prayer

Lord, help me steward my time wisely. Restore order to my days and show me how to walk carefully and intentionally. Lead me to honor You with my schedule. Amen.
