Scripture: “The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with Him.” (Proverbs 11:1)

Reflection:

Integrity is foundational in any partnership with God. Proverbs 11:1 reminds us that honesty and fairness in our work bring favor with the Lord. Whether we’re managing a business, leading a team, or serving clients, integrity reflects God’s righteousness and builds trust.

In a world where cutting corners and compromising values are often rewarded, choosing integrity can feel challenging. Yet, God calls us to uphold truth and fairness, even when it’s inconvenient or costly. Our commitment to integrity serves as a testimony to His character.

Jesus modeled perfect integrity throughout His ministry. He spoke truthfully, acted justly, and treated everyone with compassion and respect. When we follow His example, we honor Him in our work and build credibility with those we interact with.

Honoring God through integrity doesn’t just impact our work—it also influences others. A reputation for honesty and fairness opens doors for deeper relationships and opportunities to share the gospel.

Application Question / Challenge:

Is there an area in your work where you’ve been tempted to compromise integrity? Commit to making choices that reflect God’s truth and righteousness.

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for calling me to a higher standard of integrity. Teach me to honor You through my actions and decisions, reflecting Your righteousness in all I do. Strengthen me to choose truth and fairness, even when it’s difficult. Amen
