In a world of remote work, video calls, and digital collaboration, hospitality looks different—but it’s still needed. Hospitality is about creating a sense of welcome and care, even through screens and emails.
Virtual hospitality might mean starting a meeting with genuine check-ins, turning on your camera when appropriate so others can see a face, arriving prepared to honor people’s time, or following up with a kind message after a hard conversation. It may also mean being patient with tech glitches and time zones, remembering there’s a human being on the other side of the screen.
Though you may not share a physical room, you can still reflect Christ’s warmth and welcome online. As you seek to show hospitality in virtual spaces, your digital interactions become venues for His presence.

Lord, thank You for the technology that allows us to work from many places. Show me how to bring Your hospitality into virtual spaces. Help me create an atmosphere of welcome, care, and respect in every online interaction. Amen.
