Integrity Begins in Small Things [Residential Broker #15]

Scripture: “One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much.” — Luke 16:10 (ESV)

Devotional

Integrity isn’t tested in the big moments—it is proven in the small ones:

• in the wording of a listing,

• in the accuracy of a disclosure,

• in returning a call you’d rather avoid,

• in telling the truth even when it costs you.

Real estate is full of small decisions that reveal big things about your character. Jesus teaches that faithfulness in the “little” matters because it shapes who you become in greater responsibility. If you practice honesty in small tasks, you’ll be grounded when bigger ethical challenges appear.

God sees every quiet act of integrity. He honors it. He multiplies it. Your reputation, influence, and spiritual impact are built on these unseen choices. Choose integrity not because it is easy, but because it is Christlike.

Reflection Questions:

·       What small choices in my work reveal my character?

·       Where am I tempted to cut corners?

·       How can I practice greater honesty today?

Prayer

Lord, make me faithful in the small things. Strengthen my integrity and help me honor You in every detail. Let truth and righteousness guide my decisions. Amen.
