It’s easy to justify small shortcuts when you’re tired or overwhelmed. You may think, “It’s close enough,” or “No one will notice.” But integrity is not defined by what others see—it is defined by your commitment to truth.
God calls you to walk in integrity because it creates a foundation of trust and stability. When you operate with honesty and precision, you protect not only your patients, but your own character.
Integrity also brings peace. When you know you have acted truthfully and carefully, you are not burdened by doubt or fear of being exposed.
Your work may involve countless small decisions each day. Each one is an opportunity to choose integrity.
