Scripture: “Whoever is faithful with little will be faithful with much.” — Luke 16:10 (ESV)
Devotional
Financial integrity is foundational for a Christian broker. Real estate deals involve large sums of money, commissions, reimbursements, and expenses. It is easy to rationalize small compromises, overlooked receipts, or ambiguous deductions. But God sees financial stewardship as a measure of trustworthiness.
Integrity means being honest in your accounting, fair in your reimbursements, accurate in your submissions, and above reproach in how you handle commission checks. It means refusing to exaggerate miles, inflate marketing costs, or create “creative” tax interpretations.
Financial integrity honors God and positions you for His blessing. It tells Him you can be trusted with more because you’ve been faithful with what He has given. It also strengthens your witness—clients, colleagues, and team members notice how you handle money.
Let your finances reflect your faith.
Reflection Questions:
· Do I handle financial matters with complete honesty?
· Where is God calling me to greater financial stewardship?
· How can I honor God more fully in my business finances?
Prayer
Lord, purify my financial practices. Help me be faithful with what You’ve entrusted to me and honor You in every financial decision. Amen.
