Integrity in Stewarding Leadership [Residential Broker #86]

Scripture: “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.” — Mark 10:43 (NIV)

Devotional

Whether you lead a team, a group of agents, a set of clients, or simply influence those around you, leadership in God’s kingdom looks different from the world. It is not about control, authority, or recognition—it is about service.

Integrity in leadership means you lead with humility, transparency, and sacrificial care. You don’t elevate yourself above others. You don’t demand honor—you give it. You don’t hide behind authority—you use it to bless.

When you lead as a servant, people feel seen, valued, and supported. Your leadership becomes a reflection of Jesus, who led by washing feet and giving His life for others.

Leadership is not about position—it’s about posture. And servant leadership is one of the strongest forms of integrity a Christian broker can demonstrate.

Reflection Questions:

·       Who has God entrusted to my influence?

·       How can I lead with greater humility and service?

·       What would servant leadership look like in my workplace this week?

Prayer

Jesus, teach me to lead like You. Give me a servant’s heart, humble posture, and willingness to care sacrificially for those I influence. Amen.
