Integrity When No One Is Watching [Financial Advisor #71]

Integrity When No One Is Watching [Financial Advisor #71]

Scripture: “The integrity of the upright guides them…” — Proverbs 11:3

Devotional

Integrity is not proven in public—it is formed in private.

Much of your work happens behind the scenes. Decisions made without oversight.

Conversations that no one else hears. Recommendations that only you fully understand.

These are the moments that define your character.

Integrity means doing what is right, even when it costs you. It means telling the truth when it would be easier to stay silent. It means choosing what honors God over what benefits you.

In an industry where trust is everything, integrity is your most valuable asset. But more than that—it is your worship.

God sees every hidden decision. And He honors those who remain faithful when no one else is watching.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Are there areas in your work where you feel tempted to compromise?

  2. How do you respond when no one is checking your actions?

  3. What would full integrity look like in your current responsibilities?

Prayer

Lord, strengthen my integrity. Help me honor You in both public and private decisions, and guide me to walk in truth at all times. Amen.
