Scripture: “The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good.” — Proverbs 15:3 (ESV)
Devotional
Sales often involves work that no one else sees—adjusting numbers, entering data, framing conversations, setting expectations, explaining terms. In those unseen moments, your true character is revealed.
Proverbs reminds you that even when no earthly supervisor is present, God sees everything. This is not meant to scare you, but to free you. You don’t have to build your reputation by appearances alone. You can live and work with integrity, knowing the Lord Himself is your ultimate witness and rewarder.
Integrity in private gives power in public. When your hidden decisions honor God, your visible influence carries spiritual weight. People may not always know why, but they will sense something different in you.
Let your unseen choices reflect the same standards you profess openly. Integrity is who you are when only God is in the room.
Reflection Questions:
· What private decisions in my work require greater integrity?
· Do I act differently when I think no one will find out?
· How does knowing God sees everything reshape my choices?
Prayer
Lord, help me be the same person in private as I am in public. Let my unseen decisions honor You. Strengthen me to walk in integrity even when no one else is watching. Amen.
