Being overwhelmed exposes the cracks in our character. When your schedule is full, clients are demanding, deadlines are tight, or unexpected crises arise, it becomes easier to cut corners, respond harshly, or lose focus.
Integrity requires God’s strength—especially when you’re overwhelmed.
God does not ask you to carry the weight alone. He invites you to cast your burdens on Him so He can sustain you. When you bring your burdens to God in prayer, you regain clarity, peace, and strength. You remember that God—not your effort—is your sustainer.
Integrity when overwhelmed looks like slowing down, praying before decisions, setting boundaries, asking for help, and choosing righteousness even when your emotions are frayed.
Bring your burdens to the Lord today. Let Him sustain your character as much as your workload.

Prayer
Lord, sustain me when I feel overwhelmed. Help me cast my burdens on You and walk in integrity even under pressure. Give me Your peace and strength. Amen.
