It is stewardship.
It is helping others grow in skill, character, confidence, and faith.
Whether through formal mentoring relationships or everyday conversations, you have opportunities to influence younger advisors, colleagues, family members, and future leaders.
Your example often teaches more than your words.
People watch how you handle success.
They observe how you navigate challenges.
They notice how you treat others.
They learn from how you live your faith.
God's Kingdom advances from generation to generation as believers intentionally invest in those who follow behind them.
The wisdom you share today may impact lives long after you are gone.
