People may follow a title for a season, but they follow character for a lifetime.
As a financial advisor, you lead more people than you may realize. Clients look to you for guidance. Colleagues observe your actions. Younger professionals notice how you handle challenges and opportunities.
Whether you intend to or not, you are setting an example.
Integrity gives credibility to leadership.
Without integrity, influence eventually weakens.
With integrity, influence grows stronger over time.
Integrity means your private life aligns with your public life.
It means your values guide your decisions.
It means your actions consistently support your words.
The strongest leaders are not necessarily the most charismatic or talented.
They are often the most trustworthy.
When people know they can depend on your character, they gain confidence in your leadership.
And when your integrity reflects Christ, your influence extends beyond business and into eternity.

Evaluate one area where your leadership influence is growing and commit to strengthening your integrity in that area.
