You do not need a formal leadership role to lead in your workplace. As an accountant, your consistency, integrity, and approach to your work already influence those around you. Others observe how you respond under pressure, how you handle responsibility, and how you treat people.
Servant leadership turns traditional thinking upside down. Instead of seeking recognition, it focuses on helping others succeed. Instead of asserting authority, it builds trust through humility and reliability.
