You may not control your company’s entire culture, but you do influence the culture around you. Jesus describes you as salt and light—preserving what is good and illuminating what is true. That includes your corner of the sales floor, your region, your meetings, and your conversations.
Salt slows decay. Light dispels darkness. When you refuse gossip, speak truth, show kindness, encourage others, and act with integrity, you are quietly reshaping the atmosphere. The culture of Christ pushes back against cynicism, dishonesty, and selfish ambition.
Don’t underestimate the impact of one faithful believer in a team or office. You may never see all the effects, but God uses your presence to restrain evil, inspire good, and make Himself visible in a place that might otherwise forget Him.
You’re not just surviving your culture—you’re sent to influence it.

Prayer
Lord, let Your light shine through me in my workplace. Use me to influence my team’s culture with truth, kindness, and integrity. Help me reflect You in ways that preserve what is good and push back darkness. Amen.
