Devotional
As a believer, you have a supernatural advantage in the workplace—the Holy Spirit’s guidance. Sometimes He nudges you with thoughts, impressions, or promptings such as:
“Call this person now.”
“Don’t say that.”
“Ask a deeper question.”
“Pray for them.”
“Pause before responding.”
These gentle whispers often come unexpectedly but carry wisdom beyond your own. Over time, you learn to distinguish God’s nudges from your own impulses: His voice brings peace, clarity, and alignment with Scripture.
Ask the Spirit to guide your decisions, your conversations, and your timing. He knows what you do not—and He loves to lead you.

When have I sensed the Holy Spirit prompting me at work?
How can I grow more sensitive to His whispers?
Where might He be nudging me today?
Prayer
Holy Spirit, tune my ears to Your voice. Guide my decisions, direct my conversations, and shape my actions. Lead me in the way I should go. Amen.
