Devotional
Before you are a broker, you are Christ’s workmanship. Your identity is not anchored in production numbers, commission totals, or client wins. It is rooted in the unchanging truth that you are a child of God, created intentionally for good works—many of which will happen in boardrooms, site tours, and tenant meetings.
When your identity is secure in Christ, the pressure to perform becomes lighter. You no longer hustle for approval; you work from acceptance. You no longer chase validation; you walk in purpose. This freedom gives you confidence in negotiations, patience with clients, resilience during slow seasons, and integrity in every decision.
Your influence as a marketplace minister begins with knowing who you are—and Whose you are.

· Do I measure my value by my deals or by God’s identity spoken over me?
· How would my workday look different if I operated fully from identity instead of pressure?
Prayer
Jesus, remind me today that my worth is found in You alone. Help me work confidently, not anxiously, knowing You guide every step. Amen.
