Scripture: “For God is not a God of confusion but of peace.” — 1 Corinthians 14:33 (ESV)

Devotional

Sales environments can create immense pressure—quotas, deadlines, unpredictable clients, and fierce competition. But God did not design you to live in panic or anxiety. He designed you to live with purpose and peace.

Pressure pushes you to rely on your own strength. Purpose pulls you toward God’s strength. Pressure says, “You must make this happen.” Purpose says, “God is working through you.” Pressure leads to stress and burnout. Purpose leads to steadiness and confidence.

Your identity is not in your numbers, rankings, or quarterly reports. Your identity is in Christ. Because of that, you don’t have to fear slow seasons, tough clients, or uncertain outcomes. God is sovereign over every opportunity and every closed door.

Let His peace rule your heart today. You are not operating alone—you are partnering with the One who calls, equips, and sustains you.

Reflection Questions

·       What sales pressures tend to overwhelm me most?

·       How can I shift from self-reliance to God-reliance in those moments?

·       What truths about God bring me peace at work?

Prayer

Lord, calm my heart and remind me that You are in control. Replace my pressure with Your peace. Help me work from purpose, not panic, and trust You with every outcome. Amen
