Scripture: “Here am I! Send me.” — Isaiah 6:8 (ESV)
Devotional
At some point, you said “yes” to this field—to learning the language of leases, to walking raw land, to understanding underwriting, to navigating complex personalities and long sales cycles. But over time, fatigue, disappointment, or distraction can dull that original sense of calling.
Today is an opportunity to reaffirm your “yes” to God in this work. Not a blind yes to the industry’s pressures or values, but a clear yes to His purposes within it. “Here am I—send me to clients who need wisdom. Send me into boardrooms that need integrity. Send me into deals that shape communities. Send me into relationships where people need to see Christ.”
Reaffirming your yes doesn’t mean you understand everything ahead. It means you trust the One who sends you.

· If I were to say “Here am I, send me” today, what areas of my work come to mind?
· Is there any part of my heart that has grown resistant or reluctant to God’s call?
Prayer
Lord, today I reaffirm my “yes” to You in this profession. Send me where You want me, use me how You choose, and let my work bring glory to Your name. Amen.
