Scripture
Weep with those who weep. Romans 12:15.
Devotional
Real estate often intersects with deeply emotional moments—selling a childhood home, downsizing after a loss, relocating due to hardship, or buying a first home against all odds. These moments require sensitivity, reverence, and compassion.
Recognizing the weight of the moment means slowing down, listening, validating emotions, and offering support beyond the transaction. It means understanding that clients aren’t simply making financial decisions—they’re navigating life transitions.
Jesus honored emotional moments. He wept with those who mourned and rejoiced with those celebrating. When you honor the emotional weight of your clients’ journey, you serve them with Christlike compassion.
Reflection Questions
What emotional moment is a client navigating right now?
How can I honor that moment with sensitivity?
Am I rushing through something that deserves reverence?
Prayer
Lord, help me recognize the emotional weight my clients carry. Give me compassion, patience, and tenderness as I walk with them. Amen.
