Sales tends to celebrate big wins—major contracts, record-breaking months, big promotions. But much of God’s work in and through you happens in “small things”: one good call, one encouraging email, one honest conversation, one act of integrity.
God asked His people not to despise the day of small beginnings. He delights in faithfulness in the seemingly insignificant. Small wins—spiritually and professionally—are building blocks of larger impact.
When you rejoice in small steps, you:
Stay encouraged instead of discouraged.
Recognize God’s hand in daily moments.
Keep your heart grateful and hopeful.
Don’t wait for massive breakthroughs to celebrate God’s goodness. Thank Him for every sign of progress—for that follow-up you finally made, that temptation you resisted, that person you encouraged, that client you served well.

Lord, thank You for the small wins and quiet faithfulness You are working in my life. Help me not to despise small beginnings, but to see them as evidence of Your grace and building blocks of greater things. Amen.
