Remaining Steady Through Change [Banker #110]
Scripture
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” — Hebrews 13:8
Devotional
Change is constant in banking.
Markets shift, policies evolve, leadership changes, technology advances, and economic conditions fluctuate. Constant change can create uncertainty and emotional fatigue if your stability depends entirely on circumstances.
But God remains unchanging.
While everything around you may feel uncertain, Christ remains steady, faithful, and trustworthy. This truth provides stability in seasons of transition.
When your confidence is rooted in temporary conditions, anxiety grows easily. But when your confidence is rooted in God’s unchanging character, you gain peace even during uncertainty.
This spiritual steadiness allows you to adapt wisely without becoming emotionally unstable. It helps you remain calm, thoughtful, and grounded during change.
Others are often looking for stability during uncertain seasons. Your steady faith can become a source of encouragement and reassurance.
Today, anchor your heart in the unchanging faithfulness of God rather than changing circumstances.
