Devotional
Healthcare is not a sprint; it is a marathon. A faithful career is built over thousands of ordinary days filled with both victories and disappointments. Some seasons will feel energizing. Others will test your perseverance. Throughout every stage, God calls you to remain faithful.
Endurance is developed one day at a time. It grows as you continue trusting God when you're tired, serving others when it's difficult, and choosing integrity even when no one is watching. Every act of faithful obedience strengthens your spiritual endurance for the journey ahead.
The writer of Hebrews reminds us to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. He endured suffering, opposition, and the cross itself because He remained focused on His Father's purpose. He now strengthens everyone who follows Him.
As you continue your healthcare calling, remember that your goal is not simply to begin well but to finish well. Keep looking to Christ. He will provide the strength, wisdom, and grace needed for every mile of the journey.
