As a follower of Christ, you are called to pursue peace—not by avoiding truth, but by approaching conversations with humility, respect, and self-control.
Peaceful communication requires listening well, speaking carefully, and refusing to let emotions control the interaction. It means valuing the relationship even when the conversation is difficult.
You cannot always control how others respond, but you can control your own posture. You can choose calmness instead of defensiveness. Grace instead of irritation. Wisdom instead of escalation.
Pursuing peace does not mean compromising truth. It means communicating truth in a way that reflects the heart of Christ.
Today, approach difficult conversations with a spirit of peace.
