Scripture: “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” — Philippians 2:4 (ESV)

Devotional

It’s easy in real estate to get caught in the numbers—commissions, lead flow, closings, and monthly goals. But God calls you to something higher: serving people, not using them. Selling homes is important—but valuing people is eternal.

Every client you meet has a story. Some are starting a new chapter; others are trying to close a painful one. Some feel excited; others feel overwhelmed. When you slow down long enough to listen, empathize, and care, you reflect the heart of Christ.

Jesus never rushed people. He noticed them. He valued them. And He served them with compassion and truth. As a follower of Christ in real estate, you are called to do the same.

When people feel truly cared for, they experience Christ through you—even if you never mention His name.

Reflection Questions:

·       Do I see clients as transactions or people God loves?

·       How can I practice Christlike compassion in my appointments today?

·       What is one way I can put a client’s interests above my own this week?

Prayer

Jesus, help me see people the way You do. Give me compassion, patience, and understanding. Let my service point people toward Your love and goodness. Amen.
